Built the technical infrastructure and ERP for Paddle8, the online auction house and platform, for a team that grew from10 to 125. Moved all development to scrum/agile and architected all workflows on Atlassian JIRA for multiple teams including developers. Created IT department, developed and managed the email, document, networking, communication and telecom systems, Benefit Auction Event tech event team, implemented customized SalesForce workflow with dynamic ETL and API integration with auction bidding database, developed data warehouse integration, moved hosting to AWS, directed the development of combined internal and consumer facing art inventory system on RoR, PostGres, with an advanced Ember.js frontend. Integrated Stripe payment processing for both inventory subscription and auction CC processing in US and UK. Managed payment gateways and architected security roadmap. Directed the development of an enterprise iPad app for Paddle8 Auction events.

Key projects: Staffed and developed first URGE store (MTV & Microsoft Music download service) and media interface. Oversaw and managed the launch of OverDrive, MTVN’s first add-supported broadband video experience, followed by the launch of other broadband video experiences for ComedyCentral, TVLand, VH1.com and CMT.com and industry-first live streaming TV events. Other launches have included such successful sites and communities as AfterEllen.com (using open source platform), vh1.com, spiketv.com and logoonline.com. Directed and architected the launch of the highly acclaimed TheDailyShow.com featuring the entire show’s history in clips (11K videos), advanced interactive search using Google Search Appliance and developed new video ad model. Launched the SouthParkStudios.com website that has garnered 40M+ full episode video streams and the Indecisionforever.com political satire site (Webby). Managed and directed the re-launches and re-platforming of Jokes.com, The Colbert Report site (colbertnation.com), and Comedy Central.com using  a newly conceived service-oriented architecture that was developed in-house that combined open source search (Solr), internal CMS and php rendering frameworks. Put all MTVN entertainment properties’ blogs on single WordPress MU platform.

Team building: Hired more than 25 key developers and the directors of Technology for MTV, SpikeTV.com, VH1.com and LogoOnline.com. Moved all development to scrum and agile development workflow.

Wrote the advertising and reporting java and client-side framework to manage DoubleClick ad placements and deployed analytics packages.
